We wire all of our wiring to a convenient location so that it can be easily managed after the build is complete and ready for install. We are very detail oriented with making sure all of our wires are labeled and easy to locate. Some of the products we use during the pre-wire stage is premade wall boxes to make sure all the wires look nice and neat.
When it comes to wiring a home for these smart devices and TV’s using the correct wire for the job can save the homeowner from headaches in the future. We offer different wiring packages for the customers needs. We wire both coax and Cat6a to each TV location (Premium wiring will include Cat7a to these locations as well)
If the home owner has any extras that need to be wired can accommodate to those needs. Some of these extras may include Smart Shades, Smart Lighting, Wi-Fi access points, thermostats, doorbells, and much more.

Pre-wiring Packages
Standard Wiring: $1 per sqft
Includes:
Wiring to TV locations (Living Room, Bedrooms, and Patio)
TV wiring includes Quad Shield Copper Coax and Cat6A
5.1 Surround sound wired to the main living room in a cabinet as well as coax and cat6a. (16 Gauge speaker wire)
Wiring for Wi-Fi (Number of access points depends on the size of the home)
Wiring can be ran either to a cabinet location in the living room or to a 20″ structured wire path enclosure.
**Add-ons can be applied to the plan for an extra charge
Premium Wiring: $1.50 per sqft
Includes:
Wiring to TV locations (Living Room, Bedrooms, and Patio)
TV Wiring includes Quad Shield Copper Coax, Cat6A, and Cat7A
7.1 Surround Sound wired to the main living room cabinet as well as coax, cat6a, and cat7a (14 Gauge speaker wire)
Wiring for Wi-Fi and access points (number access points depends on size of the home)
Additional wiring for doorbell and touchscreen per thousand foot.
With this service we will run all wiring to the 20in wire path enclosure, rack lace out point, and jumpers between the enclosure and rack for distributed A/V.
